Talk with Daryl · 801-753-8696What is a CMA?
A comparative market analysis looks at relevant sold properties and market conditions to estimate a home's likely selling range. Your report explains the comparisons and any important uncertainties.
Will I get an instant price?
No. The report takes research. Timing depends on access to property records and suitable comparable sales. Save the status link after submitting; that page checks for updates and becomes your report when ready.
How will I receive my report?
Your report appears at the private link shown after you submit. Save that link. Your submitting browser can open it for two hours; contact Daryl for the access code when returning later or using another device. Reports are not automatically sent by email or text.
Does this replace an appraisal or a home visit?
No. This is an automatically prepared starting point for a pricing conversation. Property condition, upgrades and measurements may need confirmation. Daryl can help you evaluate those details before you choose a listing price.
Who can open my report?
Your submitting browser can open only your own new report for two hours. After that, reports require the shared access code and their individual link. Anyone you give both to can open the report, so share them only with people you want to have access.
